4:30 AM: Dense Fog conditions across Southeast Louisiana.
7:35 PM: Armstrong Airport says that all public restrooms are now operational but water fountains remain off.
7:15 PM: A Flash Flood Warning continues for portions of the Northshore, including Hammond, Bogalusa and Franklinton until 8:45 p.m.
7 PM: Flash Flood Warnings continue for parts of Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. John The Baptist, St. Tammany until 10:15 p.m.
6:10 PM: JP east bank public high schools remote; middle and elementary closed Thursday.

4:50 PM: A Flash Flood Emergency has been issued for Covington and Mandeville until 6:45 p.m.
4:45 PM: The Louisiana State Police announced road closures due to high water within n the Troop C area, including the following in Terrebonne Parish:
- LA Hwy 20 northbound (Canal Blvd) at the intersection of LA Hwy 648 (Percy Brown Rd) and Duplantis Street is closed due to high water. Traffic traveling north can turn left onto Duplantis Street or right onto LA Hwy 648

4:10 PM: Resident in Abita Springs reports 4-inches of standing water in his yard, and sewage lines are starting to back up to where sinks and toilets are no longer draining.
4:05 PM: NOLA Ready Emergency Alert System issued a Dense Fog Advisory for coastal portions of the coastal parishes in southeastern Louisiana from Terrebonne Parish through southeastern St. Tammany Parish, as well as Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson counties in coastal Mississippi. The advisory is in effect from 9 p.m. Wednesday to 9 a.m. Thursday.
The advisory warns motorists hazardous driving conditions could apply due to low visibility. If driving, slow down, use low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of the vehicle.
3:55 PM: Flash Flood Warning issued for Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard and Plaquemines parishes. The warning is in effect until 7 p.m.
3:45 PM: WWL Louisiana reporter Eleanor Tabone posted video of street flooding on US Hwy 190 between Mandeville and Covington.
3:25 PM: Emergency Management reports a water rescue from a car ongoing in Thibodaux due to high water. Additionally, some roads are impassable near Brandywind, Hwy 1 and Lafourche crossing, and kleinpeter drive.
Pineview Middle School in Covington reports water in the hallways.
3:20 PM: NOLA Ready announced that neutral ground parking is allowed until Thursday at 6 p.m. The city of New Orleans asks motorists to please don't block intersections, streetcar tracks, sidewalks, or bike paths.

1:45 PM: Street flooding reported by the Gramercy Police Department near the intersection of North Ezidore and 4th streets.
1:40 PM: St. James Parish Sheriff's Office warns residents of high water parish-wide. Asks motorists to use caution while driving.
City of Thibodaux is distributing sand and sandbags at the Public Works Barn, located at 219 Henry S. Thibodaux Street, for residents to come fill as needed. Please contact Public Works at 985-446-7223 with any questions.
1 PM Update: Shortly after 1 p.m., a Flash Flood Warning was issued for parts of St. John, Lafourche, St. James, Terrebonne and Assumption parishes until 4 p.m.
A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for parts of southeast Louisiana and Mississippi on Wednesday afternoon.
The first warning issued was for St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington parishes until 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Pearl River and Walthall counties in Mississippi are also on alert.
Northshore areas expected to be affected include, Hammond, Bogalusa and Mandeville.
