NEW ORLEANS — After becoming just the second player in NFL history to record at least 10 touchdowns as a passer, rusher and now receiver, pieces from Saints star Taysom Hill's uniform are headed to Canton, Ohio.
According to our partners at the Times Picayune | New Orleans Advocate, the Pro Football Hall of Fame has requested pieces of Saints star Taysom Hill's game-worn gear from New Orleans' 24-17 win over the Chicago Bears in the Caesars Superdome on Sunday.
"That's the uniqueness of Taysom Hill," said coach Dennis Allen. "In the last 20 or 30 years, I can't really think of anybody that has been able to do as many different things as he's able to do.
"Every time he's on the field, he's affecting the game in some form or fashion."
The only other player to accomplish the feat was Hall-of-Famer Frank Gifford, who played for the New York Giants between 1952-1964.
