NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Saints forced five turnovers en route to a 24-17 win over the visiting Chicago Bears in the Caesars Superdome on Sunday.
Of the five, Paulson Adebo recorded two interceptions and a fumble recovery in a career-performance for the second-year cornerback out of Stanford.
Offensively, tight end-slash-quarterback Taysom Hill contributed with a pair of touchdowns, including a historic TD reception to make him the first player in over half a century – and only the second player ever – to record at least 10 touchdowns rushing, passing and receiving in the NFL.
Hill went 1-for-1 passing with a 3-yard touchdown toss to tight end Juwan Johnson in the fourth quarter, as well rushed 11 times for52 yards (4.7-yard average), and four receptions for 13 yards and the historic touchdown.
