Woman killed in French Quarter shooting identified

Two men and another woman were also injured.
This latest shooting comes just days after two people were killed and 11 were injured in two separate shootings at a second line in the Ninth Ward.

NEW ORLEANS — The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office has identified the woman killed in the French Quarter quadruple shooting as 27-year-old Yasmeen Webb.

Webb was shot and killed at Iberville and Royal Streets on Thursday around 12:20 p.m. A 40-year-old male, 39-year-old female, and 24-year-old male were also injured in the shooting.

New Orleans police identified three alleged shooters: Daniel Miorana, who they arrested, and his brother Daniel Miorana and Darrell Adams, who remain at large.

Miorana was wearing the ankle bracelet, police say, when he and two accomplices jumped out of a car and gunned down four people.

With the help of the monitor, Miorana was arrested within hours of the shooting.
