Another teen arrested in New Orleans school threats investigation

Following the alleged admission, the girl was booked into the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center on one count of terrorizing.

NEW ORLEANS — A day after arresting a 13-year-old student at Audubon Gentilly School, the New Orleans Police Department announced the arrest of a 15-year-old girl in an ongoing school threats investigation.

According to police, the girl arrived with her mother at the NOPD Second District station and admitted her involvement in the threats issued toward Eleanor McMain Secondary School in the 5700 block of South Claiborne Avenue last week.

Following the alleged admission, the girl was booked into the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center on one count of terrorizing.

Investigation into this incident is ongoing. No additional information is currently available.
