The return of Bill Capo! The former Action Reporter came back to celebrate the 60th year of Pete Fountain's Half-fast Walking Club. Feels good to have the microphone back in your hand, doesn't it, Bill? 

Hail Zulu! Outside Gallier Hall, King Zulu Brian Sims toasted with the mayor before continuing down the parade route. The annual tradition continues another year:
