NEW ORLEANS — Heavy storms moved through South Louisiana Wednesday, and "at least an EF-1" tornado touched down in Slidell.
The storms also dumped 6+ inches of rain in spots, and radar estimates up to 10 inches of rain fell over Lake Pontchartrain.
