LOUISIANA, USA — A tornado watch has been issued Sunday for parts of Louisiana and Mississippi.
The watch was issued at 4:00 PM Sunday afternoon and will last until 11:00 PM on Sunday night, according to the New Orleans National Weather Service.
The NWS New Orleans said that the primary concern is for Southwest Mississippi as well as parts of Tangipahoa Parish, specifically the northern half of the parish near the border of Southwest Mississippi and Louisiana.
Some parts of Washington Parish are also under a tornado watch.
