NEW ORLEANS — A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for the New Orleans metro area until 3:45 p.m. as groups of heavy storms move into the area.
The city of New Orleans has removed restrictions on parking on neutral grounds until 8 a.m. Friday.
The National Weather Service said that the storms aligned over the city are stalled as of 1 p.m. and a total of 1 to 3 inches are expected in all.
