NEW ORLEANS — Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center say it looks like tropical depression 19 could become Tropical Storm Sally sometime Saturday.
Tracks are still uncertain but it looks like the system could strengthen and slow down, becoming a significant rainmaker for parts of the Gulf Coast.
This 'Weather Loop' will constantly update the latest projected track, which comes out from the National Hurricane Center every three hours - 1 am, 4 am, 7 am, 10 am, 1 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm, and 10 pm.
The models are updated at similar times though the most-followed models don't run as often.
