Tracking the Tropics: Hurricane Francine Path, Spaghetti Models and Live Radar

It's expected to intensify with storm surge and hurricane watches issued for the Louisiana coast, according to the National Hurricane Center.

NEW ORLEANS — Hurricane Francine formed Tuesday evening in the gulf.

Francine made landfall around 5 p.m. off the coast of Louisiana Wednesday.
