NEW ORLEANS — The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced an accident on Interstate 10 near Cleveland Avenue in New Orleans with two lanes of I-10 West blocked before the Westbank flyover at the Superdome.
According to the DOTD, the blockage began at 3:07 p.m.
The last update was posted at 4:32 p.m.
Just before 5 p.m., rush hour traffic began to move.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.
