NEW ORLEANS — A crash near the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport shut down all northbound traffic around 2:10 p.m. on Loyola Drive from Veterans Boulevard, according to Kenner Police.
Police say a tractor-trailer truck pulling a container of construction debris overturned on Loyola Drive at Veterans Boulevard and spilled debris onto the roadway.
No injuries have been reported.
Motorists should expect heavy traffic delays at Loyola Drive and Veterans Boulevard intersection.
The Kenner Police Department said that Loyola Drive northbound traffic is expected to be closed for at least another thirty minutes to an hour.
