NEW ORLEANS — One lane is closed on the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway Bridge South after an early morning accident.
Officials say the the left lane is blocked South bound at mile marker 17 for clean up of a oil spill related to the accident.
No motorcycles are allowed on the bridge while the work goes on.
Total Traffic New Orleans says the two mile backup will take 22 mins to get through.
