NEW ORLEANS — I-610 eastbound traffic reopened after being shut down at the I-10/610 split Thursday afternoon after a man was reportedly shot at the Canal Blvd. on-ramp.
Police initially reported that a man had been injured at the location and was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.
Traffic was back and flowing as of 2:50 p.m., though it was still backed up from the earlier delay.
