NEW ORLEANS — A stalled vehicle on I-10 East on Wednesday caused traffic delays on the Highrise Bridge, according to The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
Congestion reached Chef Menteur Highway, DOTD said.
At one point the left lane was blocked.
