JEFFERSON, La. — Officials from Jefferson Parish announced an emergency lane closure to repair a drain in Metairie, La., on Friday.
According to officials, the right westbound lane of 17th Street at Causeway Boulevard will be closed this weekend (Friday, August 30, 2024 – Sunday, September 1, 2024).
Motorists will use the available lanes.
Work is scheduled to be completed by early next week – weather permitting.
