KENNER, La. — An crash in Kenner led to a major traffic congestion on I-10E Wednesday, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
The accident happened at Loyola Drive around 3 p.m. All lanes are open. Congestion was backed up for three miles, DOTD said.
