“I still love my Saints" | Saints fans

Tray and Kendal Jones drove all the way from Dallas for today’s game, a trip they say was worth it, despite the outcome.

NEW ORLEANS — Even after three straight losses, you just can’t keep Saints fans down.

“It was a good game that’s all we can ask for,” Saints fan Tray Jones said.

But even with the positivity, some fans have concerns about quarterback Derek Carr.

“We got to get better at the quarterback plays, you know, that was just one of my concerns,” another fan said.

Some fans think Carr’s performance isn’t living up to the team’s $150 million investment in him.

Tray and Kendal Jones drove all the way from Dallas for today’s game, a trip they say was worth it, despite the outcome.

“We went in expecting that we were going to come out with the W but it happens,” Jones said. “I still love my Saints. I had confidence in them the whole time. I knew they were going to get it back, I wasn’t worried about it.”

And with a sea of blue at the Superdome, the Lions had plenty of support. But in the end, they were the only ones satisfied. The final score of 33 to 28 had some Saints fans hoping for change at all costs.

“I came into it wanting the Lions to win because we need to make some changes,” Saints fan Andi Daniels said. “And if we lose, we’re going to make some changes. ”

Win or lose, there’s always next Sunday for the Saints.
