NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans Saints rookie tackle Andrus Peat has an MCL sprain and will miss a few weeks, a league source told WWL-TV Sports Director Doug Mouton.

Peat sustained the injury early in the first quarter of Thursday night's 31-21 home victory over Atlanta. Rand Getlin of the NFL Network is reporting it's a Grade 2 (moderate) sprain.

Already without starting left tackle Terron Armstead, the Saints were ultimately forced to insert journeyman tackle Tony Hills, when Peat exited.

Hills, who was signed nine days ago, has played in just 15-games for 10 teams over his 8-year NFL career.

Although Armstead was inactive against Atlanta, he was a limited participant in practice this week and is expected back soon.
