CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — The Tigers fell short Saturday against UNC 6-2 in the Chapel Hill Regional.
LSU lost their second game in the regional, according to the team.
"With the loss, LSU fell to 41-22 on the season and 1-1 in the regional, while the Tar Heels improved to 44-13 and 2-0 in the regional."
LSU will return on Sunday at 11 a.m. to play Wofford in their third game of the regional.
The contest can be streamed on ESPN+, and it can be heard on the LSU Sports Radio Network affiliates.
