Pelicans trade for All-Star guard

NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Pelicans acquired a former All-Star guard on Friday. 

According to multiple sources, the Pelicans are sending Larry Nance Jr., Dyson Daniels, and two first picks to the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for Dejounte Murray. 

Murray was an All-Star in 2022.

Last season, Murray averaged 22.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 6.4 assists per game.

The Pels attempted to trade for Murray at the trade deadline this past season, and now they've got him.
