NEW ORLEANS - The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a deadly stabbing in Central City.
Shortly before 4 a.m., offers responded to a call of a "man down" in the 2200 black of St. Andrew Street. When officers arrived on the scene they found a 56-year-old man suffering multiple stab wounds to the body. The victim died on the scene.
There is no word on a suspect or motive at this time.
