NEW ORLEANS — NOPD is searching for a person of interest in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred Feb. 10.
The shooting took place in the 100 block of South Claiborne Avenue.
According to police, a black man was found lying under the interstate overpass suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
NOPD believes the person of interest may have information about the shooting and is only wanted for questioning.
