ST ROSE, La. — An accident on I-10 in St. Rose left one person injured on Sunday, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office said deputies were on the scene at I-10 EB at milepost 215. Deputies said the accident had one lane blocked.
"Traffic is still flowing, but a helicopter will be landing for a patient with injuries," authorities said in a Facebook post.
Traffic was shut down while the helicopter was on the ground.
