St. Bernard Parish 911 system not able to receive landline calls | Here's what to do

Currently, the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office is unable to receive calls from landlines and their non-emergency line is also experiencing issues.

ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. — The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office is asking residents who need emergency assistance from landlines to call different numbers until their 911 system is fixed.

Currently, the department is unable to receive calls from landlines and their non-emergency line is also experiencing issues.

Cellphones are not impacted.

Residents who need emergency assistance can call the following numbers until further notice:

  • 504-278-7688 
  • 504-784-3087 
  • 504-442-5739 
  • 504-579-4888
