As a result, the lakebound traffic closure between Canal Street and Iberville Street will now remain in effect until Nov. 11. This additional time will allow crews to effectively form and pour the roadway as part of the Hotel Collapse Site Rehabilitation Project.

During this closure, vehicular traffic will continue to be rerouted to Basin Street. The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) bus service will replace streetcar service on the 46-Rampart-Loyola line. Please refer to the attached map for detour details.
