GONZALES, La. -- A man accused of binding the wrists and ankles of his 15-month-old son with duct tape has been arrested, according to a report from WBRZ.
Police told WBRZ that David Williams III, 24, was taking care of the child while the boy's mother was at work. The mother later saw a video online captioned "what to do with an unruly child" that featured her son restrained with duct tape.
Williams was later arrested and booked with cruelty to a juvenile. He is currently held on $500,000 bond.
