NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Pelican clinched a playoff spot with their win against the Sacramento Kings.
They will now move on to play the 1-seed Oklahoma City Thunder. The Pelicans were 1-2 against the Thunder in the regular season.
The Pelicans will most likely have to get out of the first round for star Zion Williamson to have a chance to get back on the floor this season.
Williamson's left hamstring strain will be re-evaluated in two weeks, which is the same day the Thunder and Pelicans could be tipping off Game 5 of their series.
