SLIDELL, La. — A community service worker was passing out water behind the fire station on Airport Road in Slidell, La., on Thursday.
According to WWL Louisiana's Allen Beckner, the unplanned outage has been affecting several neighborhoods including The Meadows subdivision since Tuesday.
Magnolia Water crews are currently working on a nearby well, but there have been no updates other than a Facebook post provided as to the cause of the outage or a timetable for service to resume.
The company did provide a boil advisory due to low pressure on the post as seen below:
WWL has reached out to Magnolia Water and is still awaiting comment.
