NEW ORLEANS — The Department of Children and Family Services alerted those using EBT cards to change their pins after skimmers were found in the New Orleans area.
The massive alert comes as "dozens of victims" report skimming daily, DCFS said in a release.
"Louisiana has added new security features to help protect your EBT card from skimming!"
