NEW ORLEANS — Thousands of Entergy customers were without power Uptown on Friday, according to Entergy's outage map.
At one point, the map reported 11,703 customers were impacted by the outage. The power was out near Annunciation and Tchoupitoulas Street.
Entergy did not say what caused the outage.
Power was restored around 8 p.m.
