NEW ORLEANS — Neutral ground parking is allowed due to expected heavy rain. NOLA Ready said neutral ground parking is allowed until 10 p.m.
A flash flood warning was issued for parts of southeast Louisiana on Friday after rainstorms hit the area.
The advisory was effect until 7:15 p.m. The National Weather Service said Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Bernard Parish could be impacted.
The NWS said to expect 1 to 2 inches of rain that could lead to street flooding in low-lying areas.
