NEW ORLEANS — Stormy weather arrives on St. Patrick's Day likely from early morning through early afternoon.

A few strong storms with high wind gusts are possible. The main concern will be some isolated street flooding as 2+ inches of rain are expected in most spots, some of which are already saturated by rains from Friday.
