The holidays are just around the corner, and WWL Digital has put together a list of some events that will bring out the holiday cheer for the entire family to enjoy.

The holidays are just around the corner, and WWL Louisiana has put together a list of some events that will bring out the holiday cheer for the entire family to enjoy.

Mandeville Holiday of Lights 

MONDAY, DEC. 11 - SUNDAY, DEC. 31

A drive-thru light display on Koop Drive in Mandeville. There will be 2,000 twinkling lights from dusk to dawn.

Christmas at Lafreniere Park

FRIDAY, DEC. 1 - SATURDAY, DEC. 30

Families can enjoy Christmas lights at Lafreniere Park in Metairie. The park is open Sunday-Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday, Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Presale tickets are $10 per car and $15 at the gate.

Extended Holiday Market

SATURDAY, DEC. 16

On the Mandeville Trailhead over 90 artisan vendors will gather for an extended holiday market. Families can enjoy pictures with Santa, face painting and more. After the event, families can get ready for a evening of caroling.

The event is from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Caroling at the Trailhead

SATURDAY, DEC. 16

Families can enjoy caroling at the Mandeville Trailhead singing with the St. Tammany Community Choir, Tammany Oaks Church of Christ and the Northshore Performing Arts Society. Candles and song books will be provided.

Caroling begins at 5 p.m.

NOLA ChristmasFest

THURSDAY, DEC. 21 - SATURDAY, DEC. 30

Celebrating its 10th anniversary bringing holiday fun to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is NOLA ChristmasFest. The festival features 18 attractions and six dining experiences for the entire family to enjoy from ice skating with Santa, carnival rides children's crafts, and more.

Tickets range from $20 to $65  goals.
