LAFOURCHE PARISH, La. — Louisiana State Police say a motorcyclist was killed in Lafourche Parish crash Sunday morning.
The single-vehicle crash claimed the life of 30-year-old Dustin Craven of Saucier, Mississippi, according to police. Police say it happened on Louisiana Highway 20 near Farmer Lane around 1 a.m.
Craven was driving south on LA Hwy 20 in a left curve while riding a 2022 Harley-Davidson Street Glide when he went off the road and hit a utility pole. He died at the scene.
"A standard toxicology sample will be collected from Craven and submitted for analysis," state police said.
The crash is under investigation.
