NEW ORLEANS — Jefferson Parish Councilmember At-Large Jennifer Van Vrancken says she is “thankful’ after she was involved in a three-vehicle crash on I-10.
According to images in Van Vrancken’s social media post, the crash appears to have happened sometime Sunday on I-10 near Crowder Blvd. in New Orleans East.
“Thankful to the good Lord, St Christopher (and his two medals that always travel with me), EMS, NOFD, OSS, DOTD, and NOPD for their swift and capable response to our 3-car crash on the interstate. Amazingly, there were only minor injuries,” the councilwoman said on social media.
Photos in her social media post show the extent of the crash. It appears Van Vrancken’s green Ford Bronco took minor damage to the rear while a light-colored sedan took major damage to the front end.
It is unclear what led to the crash.
