NEW ORLEANS — Drivers traveling Friday on eastbound I-10 had to take an alternate route as crews worked to free an 18-wheeler from the guardrail after a crash.
The crash happened at about 9:10 a.m. on I-10 East at the Orleans Avenue ramp.
Traffic was slowly moving past the scene and caused major delays for commuters. It is unclear what led to the crash or if anyone was injured.
