HAMMOND, La. — Firefighters with the Hammond Fire Department battled a structure fire at a motel Wednesday morning.
It happened at the Villa Modern motel on North Morrison Blvd.
Firefighters arrived on the scene to find one of the motel’s buildings well involved with fire. No injuries have been reported. The fire is under control at this time.
