NEW ORLEANS — A power outage forced administrators at Delgado Community College to close the City Park campus.
All buildings except Building 6 and 37 will be closed all day Monday. The college says staff will work remotely and classes will move to a virtual classroom beginning at noon.
It is unclear at this time what caused the power outage. According to the Entergy New Orleans outage map the affected area is confined to only Delgado’s campus and neighborhoods in the area are not affected.
