NEW ORLEANS — A vehicle crashed on I-10 and had the interstate all but shut down.
It happened at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on I-10 westbound at Orleans Avenue.
The crash had the two left lanes blocked as DOTD crews were on the scene assessing the situation. Crews were able to move the wreckage to the shoulder and all lanes are open but drivers are still experiencing major backups.
