NEW ORLEANS - A jury has convicted two New Orleans brothers of second-degree murder in the 2002 stabbing of a 21-year-old Tulane University student.
Terry McElveen and Thatcher McElveen will now receive the mandatory sentence of life in prison without the chance of parole, though the actual sentencing will happen in April.
Jonathan Lorino was stabbed in September 2002 during an attack at his Irish Channel home.
