NEW ORLEANS -- An Orleans Parish judge ruled Thursday that a former male model convicted of sex crimes violated the terms of his probation.
Dean Kelly will have to spend the next eight years behind bars.
According to court documents, Kelly accessed Facebook using a fake name and failed to register several phones with a sex offender registry, a direct violation of his probation.
Last year, Kelly pleaded guilty to charges of sexual battery and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
He received a 10-year suspended sentence and five years of probation.
