Third suspect named in beating of Domino's delivery driver

NEW ORLEANS –   A third man has been identified by police and is wanted for the beating a Domino's pizza delivery driver on Bourbon Street.

NEW ORLEANS –   A third man has been identified by police and is wanted for the beating a Domino's pizza delivery driver on Bourbon Street. 

After receiving a tip from Crimestoppers, detectives identified Tydarrious Thames, 22, of Laurel, Miss., in the beating and attempted robbery of the pizza delivery man who was on a bicycle at the time of the attack.

The incident occurred in the 500 block of Bourbon Street in the early morning hours of Feb. 14.  Two men were caught a few hours after the incident. According to the New Orleans Police Department, Rashad Hardy, 20, and Derrick Pruitt, 21, were booked with second-degree battery. 

Thames remains at large and a fourth suspect has not been identified.

A video of the incident shows several men around a delivery driver as the camera is following someone else. As a disturbance begins, the camera pans over to show several guys hitting and kicking the driver.
