TPSO said 12 agencies involved in the case helped to identify Philips Jr. and Harold.
Harold was booked on Wednesday, Jul. 3 for simple burglary and a parole violation. Philips Jr. was booked on Tuesday, Jul. 16 for simple burglary and criminal damage to property following transport from another facility.
