NEW ORLEANS -- The New Orleans Police Department is asking for help from the public to catch two people they say robbed a woman at gunpoint in a French Quarter parking lot.
The robbery happened around 6 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2015, in the garage of the D. H. Holmes building in the 800 block of Bienville St. Investigators say the victim walked into the garage with the suspects after meeting them on Bourbon St., just hours before. The victim said a man put a gun to her head and demanded her property. Police say they ran out of the garage after taking the victim's wallet and phone.
