NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man injured on Mardi Gras Day.
Police say the shooting happened around 6:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Broad Street.
Two men had an argument that ended with them shooting at each other, according to NOPD.
One of the men was wounded and taken to the hospital by private vehicle before police arrived at the scene.
The other man fled the scene. This incident is still under investigation.
