NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a homicide in the Little Woods neighborhood.
Police say they found an unidentified black male with multiple gunshot wounds inside a black Kia Optima near Berg Road in 11000 block of Wales Street around 12:30 p.m.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other information is available at this time.
The identity of the victim and cause of death will be revealed by the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office pending examination.
