NEW ORLEANS — New Orleans Police are investigating a 7th Ward homicide.
According to investigators, at 1:00 a.m. Saturday police officers responded to a report of shots fired near the intersection of Touro and North Derbigny Streets.
On arrival, they found a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
New Orleans EMS confirmed the victim dead on the scene.
