NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department issued a request on Monday asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old girl that they believe could be a victim of human trafficking.
According to the NOPD, Kristhal Chinchilla-Canizales was visiting a New Orleans museum in the CBD on May 22 when she went missing.
Chinchilla-Canizales is described as 5-foot-2 (157 centimeters), 135 pounds (61 kilograms) and was last seen wearing a black Harley-Davidson pullover and a blue yoga-style jumpsuit.
Police are asking anyone with information about the missing girl is asked to call the NOPD Special Investigations Division at 504-658-5267.
